Booking Procedure For Current Pupils

1. Current pupils will receive an enrolment letter on week 7 of an existing term of lessons, which will provide the next term diary and all of the information required to re-enrol your child for the new term.
2. Current pupils are given priority to book on to the next term of swimming lesson on week 8 of the existing term. The full course fee must be made on or prior to this date in order to retain your place on the next term.
3. Fees can be paid at any venue on week 8 of the existing term or prior to this date by contacting our office to make a payment over the phone by card, or ask for our account details to make a payment by bacs transfer.
4. We accept the following methods of payment: visa debit/credit, MasterCard debit/credit, bacs, cash and cheque.

Booking Procedure For New Pupils

1. New pupils are welcome to join at any point during a term if there is a place available for an immediate start.
2. Existing pupils are given initial priority over the places on the next term (set out above). After this date places are then offered to our waiting list to start on the new term.
3. We aim to give a minimum of two weeks' notice of a place becoming available prior to the course start date.
4. The full course fee is payable one week prior to the course start date for new pupils in order to secure thier place.
5. We accept the following methods of payment: visa debit/credit, MasterCard debit/credit, bacs, cash and cheque.
